Guilds and Guild Workshops
Guilds are small groups within the organization that hold guild workshops on a regular basis, and whenever possible, members of the community must be part of a guild. Guilds are assigned to the members by the officers, and each guild, along with their respective guild leader, would meet up at scheduled times and set places to hold guild workshops.

During guild workshops, guild members are free to share their works and frustrations among themselves. They may receive critiques that help them forward their works and encouragement to move on with their frustrations. If you're having a problem with formatting a screenplay or if you think your characters are too one-dimensional, don't be afraid to ask feedback from your guild-mates.
Guild workshops usually hold the following activities:

-
Sharing of literary pieces for feedback,
-
Writing Lectures,
-
On-the-spot Writing Drills,
-
Get-Together Activities,
-
Acting and Spoken Poetry Workshops,
-
Guild Contests, and
-
Inter-Guild Contests.

Activities held during guild workshops will be decided by the guild leader, but members are encouraged to vote on what they would want to do as well. This way, the members end up partaking in activities they actually enjoy and activities that can help forward the progress of their works and writing skills.

Guilds are very small and very intimate groups. This means that everyone has enough time to be given attention to, everyone has time to voice themselves out, and everyone has time to share their works and their feedback. No one gets left out or drowned by a crowd.

One important thing to remember is that the interaction between guild members is not exclusive to guild workshops. Guild members usually spend time interacting online, during special meet-ups, or by just passing by each other. Writing can be a very personal thing and can, sometimes, be a part of who you are, so it's hard to open up to a community you can't get along with. However, by interacting with your guilds and other guilds constantly, opening up and sharing your works become easier, and in turn, learning and improving become faster and better.
