Setting up a profile

Every member of the organization is required to have a profile. This allows them to get a gist of the people within the community and helps the officers keep track of every member and their writing progress.

Included in a profile are the statistics of a member, from the number of literary pieces they've posted in the group to the name of their current guild leader. Scrolling down further reveals more information about them as a writer as well as the badges they've earned  in the community. Members are encouraged to update their profiles and should always keep track of their status, which could be Active, Away, or Under Probation due to unexcused, extended inactivity.

It is important to note that if a member fails to renew his or her membership in the organization, all of the statistics and badges they've earned will be deleted and will no longer be recoverable. The actual process of establishing a profile is done during registration. Below is an example of a profile.
